About Us:

As a leading company in electrical high voltage works, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional services to our clients. To support our expanding operations, we are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with a background in high voltage substation delivery or EHV engineering delivery to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our business expansion and drive growth in key sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients in the substation and EHV engineering sectors.
  • Identify, evaluate, and capitalise on new business opportunities within these industries.
  • Negotiate and close contracts that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to enhance strategic positioning.
  • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions to ensure transparency and continuity.

    • Key Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Business Development professional, with knowledge of ICP works, renewable energy (Solar/Wind) and EV charging delivery.
    • In-depth knowledge of substation design and EHV engineering processes.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about achieving and exceeding targets.
